At the end of the day, dozens of records may need to be marked completed or paid. Can those changes be submitted for review together in Busabase? If they have to be handled one by one, is there a practical workaround?

Yes. In Busabase, a connected agent can submit updates to many records in the same Base as one bulk Change Request. A reviewer can inspect the proposed status changes together, approve the request, and merge it; the trusted records change when it is merged, not merely when it is submitted or approved.
That request is reviewed and merged as a whole. If some records should be marked “completed” and others “paid”, or a few need separate decisions, ask the agent to split them into smaller requests before review. You can prompt it: “Show the record IDs and current/new statuses for the batch, submit only these changes for review, and do not merge them.” What status transition do you need most often?
