For example, consider a process that organizes data, generates a document, and finally updates the task status. If the document has already been generated but the final step fails, will re-running the process result in a duplicate document? Is it possible to view the results of each step and retry only the one that failed?
If a workflow gets stuck at a certain step, can it resume from the point of failure?

Workflow currently lets you design and save a process; it doesn't run the steps yet. Execution history for each step and retrying only a failed step are not available in the Workflow canvas today.
Busabase already supports Run function in Webhooks. You can respond to supported events with a short JavaScript function, call another service, and check the action's success or failure and logs.
Bringing these Functions into Workflow execution is a possible future direction. The execution and retry design still needs to be decided.
For your example, keep the completed document and finish only the task-status update. If an Agent or another tool is running this process, tell us which one and we can check how its retries work.
