After having an Agent batch-process customer data, if I discover that a specific record contains an error, I want to revert it to its pre-modification state while keeping the correct changes made to the other records. Can Busabase restore a single record from the history? Does the restoration take effect immediately, or can it be submitted for review first?
If an Agent incorrectly modifies a record, is it possible to restore just that specific record?

Yes, you can correct just the affected record without undoing the other records from the Agent’s batch. Open that record’s history, compare the values from before the change, and submit a new update to the same record with the values you want back. That correction has its own history entry; the Agent’s earlier change remains visible rather than being erased.
If it needs a second check, submit the correction as a review-required change request. A writer with direct write access may otherwise apply it immediately. The “Restore” action in Trash brings back an archived record; it does not automatically roll an active record’s fields back to an older version. Check any changed attachments or links as part of the correction.
