Multiple activity tasks are missing the same piece of information; is it possible to return them all at once and leave a comment?

I would like the Agent to compile a list of preparatory tasks based on the event plan. If a dozen or so of these items lack an assigned person-in-charge, is it possible to select these records and return them all at once with a request to "add the person-in-charge"? I would prefer to avoid repeatedly entering the same review comment for each individual item.

Thanks for describing the repeated review work. It depends on how the agent submitted those tasks in [Busabase](https://busabase.com):

- If the affected tasks are all in **one Change Request**, you can request changes on that whole request and write “Add a person-in-charge to every task” once. This returns the entire request, including any other tasks inside it.
- If they are **separate Change Requests**, the inbox lets you select and return several at once, but that batch action does not currently collect one shared review comment. To give the agent the same precise instruction on each, you need to review those requests individually.

For the next batch, ask the agent to group only the tasks missing an owner into one proposal; then one review reason applies to that group. We have recorded the request for a shared comment when batch-returning separate proposals. Are your dozen tasks currently in one proposal or in separate requests?
