For a CRM in Busabase, would you keep companies, contacts, deals, and follow-ups together or split them into linked Bases? If an agent fills in missing customer details, how can a teammate check those changes before they become the approved record?
Should contacts, deals, and follow-ups live in separate Bases?

I would start by describing the CRM workflow to a connected agent and building the first version together in Busabase. Four linked Bases keep each kind of work clear: Companies (name, domain, owner), Contacts (name, email, company, role), Deals (company, stage, value, owner, next step), and Follow-ups (contact or deal, date, summary, next action). One company can have several contacts and deals; each conversation becomes its own follow-up record instead of overwriting the last note.
For the team, an App can show a customer overview, deal pipeline, follow-ups due, and changes waiting for review. Have the agent propose missing customer details with a proposal-only permission level; a teammate can inspect the before/after values in the Change Request and approve them before they become the current record.
You can tell the agent: “Build a small CRM in Busabase with Companies, Contacts, Deals, and Follow-ups. Ask me how we identify duplicate customers and who approves changes. Start with ten sample customers, connect the records, show a pipeline and follow-up list, and submit data corrections for my review before using real data.” The Busa CRM template and template center are useful starting points to adapt with the agent.
