An app stores its data in Supabase, and agents generate tags, summaries, and customer details. Should those changes go straight into the app database or be reviewed in Busabase first? After approval, how do you keep the two copies from getting out of sync?
If app data is in Supabase, where should agent-generated changes go first?

If Supabase already holds the app's live records, I would keep it as the source for current app data. Put the agent's proposed tags, summaries, or customer edits in Busabase with their evidence and the matching business record ID, so a teammate can review them first. An authorized integration can then write the approved result to Supabase.
Treat “approved in Busabase” and “successfully applied in Supabase” as separate states. Store the source record's ID and version or update time when the agent reads it; check that version again before writeback. If someone changed the source record in the meantime, stop and review the proposal again rather than overwriting their edit. Record writeback success or failure so the two copies do not silently drift. A Busabase Change Request does not update Supabase by itself; syncing, retries, and conflicts need an explicit integration. Which generated fields would you review first: tags and summaries, or customer details that affect app behavior?
