Notion still works for writing documents, but an agent's structured output may need review before anyone relies on it. Which content would you leave in Notion, and which would you review in Busabase? After approval, which copy should be treated as current?
Where does Busabase fit if the team already uses Notion for docs?

I would keep the Notion documents that already work as the source for long-form writing. The part to move into Busabase is a repeatable job you want an agent and teammates to do together, especially where the agent's output needs a human decision. Busabase can hold the working records, review proposals, shared instructions (Skills), and the App the team uses to inspect results.
For example, keep a research brief in Notion. Let the agent read that brief, collect findings with source links in a Busabase Base, and submit proposed updates as Change Requests. A teammate checks the evidence and approves the records that become current. A workspace Skill keeps the research and review rules for the next run; an App can show “needs review” and approved findings.
Set the authority by content type: Notion remains current for the original brief; the approved structured findings live in Busabase. Link the two so someone can trace the source. Approval in Busabase does not automatically rewrite the Notion page; that needs an explicit integration and an agreed owner. Which recurring task would you want the agent to take on first?
